Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Bay Partners LLC! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before completing your reservation. By proceeding with a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Rental Agreement
By confirming your reservation, you agree to enter into a short-term lease agreement with Bay Partners LLC for the duration of your stay. The lease is strictly for temporary accommodation purposes and does not establish a long-term tenancy.
2. Booking & Payment
- A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) is required from the booking guest.
- A signed lease agreement must be completed prior to check-in.
- A security deposit may be required and will be outlined during the checkout process.
- Payment must be made in full prior to the check-in date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Late check-out or early check-in requests may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional fees.
4. Strict Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All reservations are subject to a Strict Cancellation Policy. This means:
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
- However, if you are unable to travel on your original dates, we will allow you to reschedule your stay for another available time, subject to the following:
- The new reservation must be for the same rental rate or higher.
- Guest is responsible for any additional cost if the new dates have a higher rental rate.
- Rescheduling is based on availability and must be requested in writing prior to the original check-in date.
- Only one reschedule per booking is permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We encourage guests to consider travel insurance for added protection.
5. Guest Information
Guests are required to provide the following prior to arrival:
- Full legal name
- Home address
- Driver’s license or equivalent ID
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
6. House Rules
- No smoking indoors
- No pets unless otherwise approved in writing
- No parties or loud gatherings
- Respect for neighbors and community guidelines is mandatory
Failure to comply with house rules may result in eviction and/or additional charges.
7. Cleaning & Maintenance
The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Guests are expected to maintain general tidiness and cleanliness. Excessive cleaning required post-checkout may result in additional fees.
8. Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during the stay. Any damage must be reported immediately. Costs for repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.
9. Liability
Bay Partners LLC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Please ensure you secure your valuables and follow all safety procedures.
10. Calendar Sync & External Bookings
We utilize calendar syncing to avoid double bookings across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com). However, rare overlaps or errors may occur, and we reserve the right to cancel a booking with a full refund if necessary.
11. Taxes
Applicable local and state taxes will be collected based on the property location and rental duration. A monthly reporting system is maintained per the owner’s tax responsibility.
12. Modifications
Bay Partners LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.
