It is a great venue -- there are rooms large enough to allow for comfortably gathering the whole group in one location and also has many separate spaces so everyone could go off and do their own thing. There is a very well equipped kitchen (we did a lot of cooking) and several nice locations to sit for meals. The screened-in porch is spacious and a relaxing place to have dinner and spend the evening. The kids LOVED the pool. We all had fun with the ping pong table and several yard games. The bedrooms are nice, private and have comfy beds. Nice laundry machines -- one set upstairs and one set downstairs."

"We loved the house. We had two grandparents, children and spouses and 4 grandchildren. The house has two living rooms so the kids could be watching a movie while the adults enjoyed adult beverages and the view. The kitchen was very well equipped ,every possible pot, pan skillet etc you could want. The pool was perfect for the grandchildren and adults. The shallow end allowed the littlest ones to stand wearing swimmers and the older ones could dive for dropped objects. We rented a boat which we just tied up to the dock. All in all, a wonderful home and a wonderful vacation."

"This was our first time renting through VRBO and we were not disappointed. Our family had such a great time. The home was perfect with plenty of room for all. It was comfortable and really clean, with everything we could possible need, including a beautiful view of the water. You can definitely tell the property is well maintained. We took advantage of the pool during the hot days and hot tub in the evening. The screened in patio was perfect for dinner after grilling and there is a large comfortable seating area where we enjoyed a glass of wine. Getting up in the morning we sit by the water with our coffee which was very quiet and peaceful. The house was just a few minutes outside of St. Michaels which made it so easy to try out the many restaurants."

"Beautiful sunsets indeed ! Not to mention - this lovely home had everything our family needed to celebrate my 80th birthday with elegance and cosiness. First of all, it was clean and sparkling, the kitchen perfectly stocked for 11 people to cook anything and everything ! Secondly, the space is conducive to comfort, easy movement from room to room....suited to backgammon tournements, long chats, or just sitting quietly looking out the window . Since it was a rather chilly, rainy Saturday, we had a roaring fire going all day and night - which was a delight for everyone... There is a lovely ambiance about this home - the feeling that it is meticulously cared for - in all details, and yet arranged for pure comfort. If I live to be 85 I will be right back there enjoying it all over again ! You come too."
